WHAT WAS THE MEXICAN REVOLUTION?
Began in November of 1910 the independence ended a dictatorship and established a republic for the people of Mexico. Two decades of blood spill. Porfirio-Diaz, dictator, favored those of wealth and treated the people of Mexico unfairly. Dissatisfaction of the leadership of Porfirio lead to the revolution. Approximately one million people died in the Mexican revolution.
